State-of-art facility in the institute enhances conducive teaching – learning and research culture. The policy of the institute is to provide infrastructure as per norms of apex bodies like PCI and upgrade it as per growth- expansion. In addition to physical infrastructure; policy is to provide educational infrastructure for students in terms of laboratories, equipment, computing facility prescribed in curriculum to cater co-curricular and extra- curricular needs. Four floors (ground + three floors) function as laboratory Section. Total 22 well equipped laboratories are available in the college. In addition, state of the art facilities such as Central Instrumentation facility (CIF), CCSEA approved Animal House, Pilot plant according to GMP considerations, Aseptic room, and Separate experimental software laboratory for computer-aided experimental design and data analysis are set up in the college. The laboratories are equipped with instruments of market leading brands of worth Rs. 3.1 crore. The laboratories have 24 X 7 power supply and the central instrument room is backed by suitable UPS Supply. All amenities / utilities such as gas supplies (compressed LPG, nitrogen, water) are provided by suitable pipes to the concerned laboratories at various floors. Respective laboratories have safety measure devices, preparation room(s) fitted with fume hood for handling hazardous chemicals, biochemicals etc. These facilities are also made available to other academic and research institutes, industries and organizations in the neighbourhood. In addition, these facilities in future endeavor will enable the users to organize short-term courses / workshops on the use and application of various analytical techniques for students, teachers and personnel from industries and other academic institutes.
